What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is by 12 noon. Should you require early access or a later departure, our Front of House team will always try to accommodate your request where availability allows.

Is parking available?

We do not offer on-site parking. The nearest public facility is Sloane Square Car Park (SW3 4RD), just a 7-minute walk away. We also recommend the NCP London Knightsbridge at Cadogan Place (SW1X 9SA), or Chelsea Cloisters (SW3 3EL).

Where can I store my luggage?

We’re happy to store your luggage securely, day or night. Just speak to our Concierge Team.

By Air

• Heathrow: 50 mins by train / 30 mins by car
• Gatwick: 1 hour by train / 1 hr 30 mins by car
• London City Airport: 50 mins by train / 1 hour by car

By Rail

• Sloane Square for the Underground
• Victoria Station for National Rail
• London King’s Cross and London Euston are a quick 20-minute tube journey

By Bus

You’ll find us on numerous London bus routes. The nearest stop is Sloane Square.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes. Our Concierge Team will be happy to arrange a private chauffeur for airport transfers or other journeys.

Are you dog-friendly?

Yes - well-behaved dogs are warmly welcomed at The Chelsea Townhouse. Just let our Reservations Team know ahead of your arrival.

What amenities should I expect in my room?

All rooms include:

Do you have a gym?

Guests of The Chelsea Townhouse have complimentary access to the fitness suite located at 11 Cadogan Gardens, just a short walk away.

Do you have a spa?

We do not have spa facilities on-site. Our Concierge Team will gladly recommend the best local wellness experiences.

Do you offer laundry or dry-cleaning services?

We do - simply leave items with Housekeeping and we’ll handle the rest. Same-day services are available for items collected before 9am.

Can I smoke in my room?

No. All rooms and indoor areas are strictly non-smoking. Guests may smoke outside the property. This includes e-cigarettes.

Can I have breakfast in my room, and is there an additional cost?

Yes, breakfast can be served in the comfort of your room with a £5 tray charge, if booked on a Bed & Breakfast rate. Guests staying on a Room Only basis are very welcome to add breakfast - simply speak to our Front Desk team upon arrival.

Can I stay at The Chelsea Townhouse and still have breakfast at Hans’ Bar & Grill?

Breakfast is served at The Chelsea Townhouse for guests who have booked a Bed & Breakfast rate. If you are on a Room Only basis and prefer to dine at Hans’ Bar & Grill, you’re welcome to do so - charges will apply.

Do guests have access to the private Cadogan Gardens?

Yes. Guests of can enjoy complimentary access to the exclusive Cadogan Gardens - a privilege extended to only a (very small) handful of hotels in London. Whether for a morning coffee or a moment of calm, it’s a hidden haven right on our doorstep. Keys are available from Reception.

A stay at The Chelsea Townhouse places you seconds from King’s Road and Sloane Street, two of London’s most sought-after shopping destinations.

Can I request a specific room or view?

We welcome requests and always do our best to accommodate them. However, we cannot offer guarantees - especially during high-occupancy periods. If you have something specific in mind, let us know and we’ll try our utmost.

I don’t want to be on the lower ground floor. Can this be guaranteed?

Certain room types - particularly our Chelsea Doubles, Junior Suites, and Studios – have rooms that are located on the lower ground floor. While we do our best to accommodate preferences, room placement is subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed. For guaranteed placement above ground level, we recommend booking an alternative category such as a Chelsea King.

I want a room with a bathtub - can this be guaranteed?

Most rooms at The Chelsea Townhouse feature walk-in showers. A limited number of rooms offer bathtubs, and while we welcome your request, this feature cannot be guaranteed in advance. Please contact our team prior to booking to discuss options.

The Chelsea Townhouse is our brand-new property: a peaceful retreat defined by soft tones, clean lines, and subtle elegance.
11 Cadogan Gardens, located just across the square, is our bold, more eclectic older sister - home to distinctive interiors, rich history, and an unmistakable sense of individuality.

Each delivers exceptional service, but the tone and aesthetic are distinct - designed to suit different preferences.
